Public Offer

1. Parties
The Seller is Individual Entrepreneur Kyrylo Holovchenko, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) 3277602214, registered address: 2-A Marshala Tymoshenka St., Kyiv 04212, Ukraine. The Buyer is the person placing an order on the site.
2. Subject matter
The Seller provides the Buyer with a license key for the Tessera application covering the number of seats purchased, at UAH 1,599 per seat. Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH).
3. Scope of rights
The rights to use the application are defined by the End User License Agreement (EULA): a non-exclusive end-user right, without the right to reproduce, distribute, or sublicense.
4. Updates
Each license is perpetual and includes updates for 12 months from the purchase date. A renewal is issued as a new license.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is accepted by bank card through the bank's payment page. The key is sent to the email address you provide after payment is confirmed.
6. Refunds
Within 14 days of payment the Buyer may obtain a refund without giving a reason by sending a request to support@tesseraremote.com from the email address used for the purchase. The refund covers the whole order and goes to the card that was charged; the Seller processes it within 14 days of receiving the request, and the time it takes for the funds to be credited depends on the bank. After the refund all keys of the order are revoked. After 14 days, refunds are issued only where required by law, for example if the key was not delivered or the payment was charged twice.
